I can't find three files that have been detected by Pest Patrol (free version)
windows@advertising[1].txt windows@servedby.advertising[1].txt windows@doubleclick[1].txt I can't find them by opening the c:\windows\cookies\ folder, or by using Windows Scout. I also tried to make visible all invisible files for the map \cookies. Pest Patrol says they're there, but I can't find them. They're also invisible to the Cookiemonster program. Also, there is a registry entry for Alexa Adware. Alex |

What option to you get from Pest Patrol? I'm not familiar with the product. Maybe it will clean entries from the registry? |

Open a DOS box and type the following three lines:

Probably deleted by CookiePatrol, part of the product. Spammicus Killius:NO EMAIL REPLIES |
