a Friend left a message with me earlier to say that Avast told her
that her computer was infected with this trojan: W32:spark (crj)

This trojan is at least 4 years old so any trojan removal program
should do the job.
You may have to go into Task Manager > processes and terminate
spark.exe first.

Use Adaware
http://download.com.com/3000-2144-1...page&tag=button

Or Spybot
http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=mirrors

to remove this .
