I would like to uninstall McAfee 7.0, with out it screwing up my net work
and broadband. I used the microsoft add/remove programs and the network and broadband quit working and can not get it to work again, tryed everything for 5 hours. I finally used restore to put system back the way it was and now it works but McAfee is not working right any help please? Thanks Ken |

Thanks Ken To best uninstall any program, you should first stop all running tasks associated with that program, then use Add/Remove. The trouble with that statement is that most people won't know what those tasks are most of the time. Uninstall instructions specific to VirusScan 7 -- http://mcafeehelp.com/ Once it's completely and thoroughly removed you shouldn't have the network problem. Carol |
