Norton Subscription Service Not Installed Help please ???

Help needed please.

Just need to know what to do

On system status screen it says my 'subsciption service' is not installed
and needs urgent attention

What do I do?

If I have to reinstall Norton will it reactivate?

And what info will I need when going through the resubscription process?

Have you installed and uninstalled before? If this is your first
installation of a legitimate copy of Norton, uninstall and re-install should
do it. You *might* need to run the little uninstaller program provided on
Norton's Webpage after the uninstall to clean up some of the 'left overs',
which will be many. Make sure you delete the hidden catalog.live subscribe
file. Do an advanced search for all files when looking for live subscribe.
