Yes... You'd have know that if had bothered to do a Google search on
"JDBGMGR.EXE". Here are just a few of the items Google returns:

Symantec Security Response - Jdbgmgr.exe file hoax
<http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/jdbgmgr.exe.file.hoax.html>

"F-Secure Hoax Information Pages: jdbgmgr.exe virus hoax"
<http://www.europe.f-secure.com/hoaxes/jdbgmgr.shtml>

"Sophos hoaxes & scares description: JDBGMGR"
<http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/hoaxes/jdbgmgr.html>

You can find Microsoft official statement on the Jdbgmgr.exe hoax @

"Virus Hoax: Microsoft Debugger Registrar for Java (Jdbgmgr.exe) Is
Not a Virus"
<http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb%3Ben-us%3B322993>

As a general rule any virus "warning" that says something along the
lines of "pass this along to everyone in your address book" should be
viewed with a great deal of suspicion... It is most probably a hoax
and should not be passed on.
