Have you tried "safe mode command prompt only" and manually
deleted (or renamed) the list of files that you get from the detector.

Not much to go on from such a generic name, but I think if
you write down the filenames and rename them away in 'safe
mode command prompt only' you may be able to run the OS
and the AV without the trojan running ~ then the AV should
be able to do its work.

Go see what NAV means by that detection name, and read
the suggested procedures.
