Mailwasher "out of the box" typically correctly identifies 49 out of
50 spam items daily for me. This is based primarily on the Spamcop
list with the SPEWS list as a backup - I have added a simple "korean
spam" filter rule to it, though. The odd item which does get past
the MW first cut is easy for me to recognise as spam and manually mark
for deletiion.
