AGP - won't allow 8x
guys,
was running w cat 4.10 at 8x agp with no problems. have just formatted c drive and re-installed windows xp. now smartgart won't allow me to set agp to 8x have upgraded to c at 5.4 and still the same any ideas? tia mark gigabyte ga7-n400 pro2 ati radeon 9800 pro 128Mb amd athlon 2800xp 1gb pc 2700 ram windows xp |

Yep, you forgot the motherboard chipset drivers.
