Good silent AGP card for about $200?

Can you recomend a good AGP card for about $200 that would play doom3
decently?
oh, and I want it to be rather silent too, at least when its not under
high load.

It will probably go with a DFI LanParty UT NF3-250GB motherboard and a
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ processor.

And if you recomend a card, it would be nice to know what brand should
I go for aswell... MSI? Leadtek? Asus? Or what...?
