Will AIW9800 MMC work in a MCE 2005 System?

I know that the AIW 9800's tuner functions will not natively work in
MCE2005 In Media Center.

My question is this, Will ATI's MMC work on a PC that has MCE 2005
installed on it?

I guess I'll install the HDTV wonder and a hauppaugue pvr 250.

But the question still remains will Ati's MMC work in an MCE 2005
environment?
