Default Radeon Startup Resolution

I have a Radeon 9100 and running it on a WinXP Pro system. XP is set up
with two different user accounts. Is it possible to set the 9100's display
resolution, on startup, according to each user? If so, how? I know I can
use a separate utility for this but I'm hoping that the Catalyst drivers
(v4.2) have this ability built-in. A command line perhaps? Thanks in
advance.

Not easily, since the resolution is already set once you hit the login
screen. It would have to be changed after that. I don't think CAT's themself
have command line/shortcut functionality that would allow resolution change
(for example from startup group). Perhaps a third party software? Nothing
comes to mind though...
