can i use ati drivers on a ati powered product

i am having a problem with my sapphire ati powered 9500 video card. i
noticed that ati have relaesed cat 3.9 drivers but sapphire havent (yet). if
i install the drivers will there be any problems as mine is only powered by
ati and not built by them
