Default No Overdrive Tab in Cat 3.8

I have no "Overdrive" tab in cat 3.8 video options.
I didn't even know that there was supposed to be one until I saw it in a
review today.
Did they remove this feature or is my set up not correct?
btw 9800 pro
Thanks
