S-Video Out and VGA Out on a Radeon 7000?

I just bought a Radion 7000 (supprts VGA and TV Out) card

and would like to use both the S-Video (going to my VCR) while

monotoring the video on my computer monitor.

Is this possible or is it an either or situation?
