Simulated Tutorial Program Required, Can Anyone Please Help.......................

Hi Guys,

I apologize for the repost, my ISP is playing up.

I am busy building a website and part of it I want to have tutorials, the thing is I am not sure what program I am looking for, hopefully you guys could keep me right, to see what I mean have a look at the following link:

That website has nothing to do with me, I just stumbled across it, but the idea of the simulated tutorial is just what I would like to do, if there is some free program that would be great.
