Default [REQ] Alarm/Calendar (?) software

Hi and tnx for reading my message.

There are a lot of Alarm/Calendar program over the net but before
downloading one of them, I would like to know if someone will know one
which is able to do these specific requirement:

- be able to plan a list of differents events through a whole year
(using a kind of calendar will be a plus)
- be able to fix the "remaining" in minutes, hours, days or weeks (for
some events, I need that the program alert me 2 mins before and for
others, some days or weeks before)
-be able to choose if alerts will be a sound or a message or the both

tnx very much in advance
