Clint's Webcam (no install)

View webcams from around the world without looking at annoying
advertisements, and un-necessary clutter. Add new webcams, set refresh
rates, stay on top and other viewing modes.

The whole menu system is in a context-sensitive right-click menu. You
can access it by right clicking in the camera tree panel, or the main
webcam view panel.
Cams are stored as files on disk. It uses an extended format of Internet
Explorer=3Fs favourites file format. This lets you bookmark images within
IE and use them in Clint=3Fs Webcam, and vice-a-versa.
Since the cams are file based, you can use your favourite file manager
to organise them however you want. If the program is running while you
are doing this, just make sure you choose the refresh button/menu
choice.
Hovering your mouse over a loaded image tells you some information about
it.
