CClip (no install)

CClip is a small program that will save your URLs and other clips to an
HTML file. It allows you to add comments/titles to your saved URLs.
Clicking on the URL will take you to the web page, no need to copy and
paste. The file created by CClip will be saved on exiting the program.
It can also be saved under a separate name.

CClip is simple to use. Just highlight the URL or text and Copy(or Cut),
go to CClip window and click on the "paste" icon, type your
comment/title and click OK. The file created by CClip will be saved on
exiting the program. It could also be saved under a different name by
clicking on the disk(Save As)icon.
