Cannot cancel Callwave

Does anyone know how to reach Callwave in order to cancel an account ?

From what I can understand, a concellation can only be done through a
telephone call (not online), and the numbers given by Callwave for
doing so are not valid from where I live (Windsor-Detroit area).

I am going in circles, and am receiving billing notices for a service
that I do not need and in fact, do not even receive !!! I tried to
fax them using the fax number they have given me, but the fax bounced!

Get their mailing address from the billing, send a certified letter! Or do
something that shows you attempted to notify them. Tell you credit card
folks not to pay these folks. Then ignore the bills! When the collection
agency calls you can tell them what you did and they will notify Call Wave.
If the collection agency harasses you, YOU can make money off them!
