Default CAPTURE QUESTION for ATI ALLINWONDER RADEON 7500?

I just want to know if anyone else has found this problem....
I have been able to successfully capture video from my TV with this
card and save it as different formats. I can then view them with the
File Player software that came with the ATI Multimedia Center. They
look pretty good except for a little weird squiggely video action at
the very top of the screen during playback. Not anything really bad
but it is noticeable. Here is the real problem though. I have notice
that when I use Windows Media Player to view the files, there is alot
of choppiness and what you would call audio sync problems. Sometimes
the video actually stops and the audio continues and visa versa. Now
this only happens when I play the files in WMP and not at all in the
File Player that came with the ATI Multimedia Center. Anyone know what
I am doing wrong? Thanks for any help on this.

This is an excellent question and I hope it is answered. I had this problem
earlier and I really never looked into it. I just kept watching it on the
file player. I would love to see if there are some answers to this puzzle.
