That looks interesting. The skin looks like a Mozilla chrome; do you
know if 4c Vision is using the mozilla.org's Gecko engine?

Based on the paste below from the site, I think not.

system requirements
Windows 98, ME , Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP
Internet Explorer 5.5 or above
64 MB RAM is highly recommended
10.0 MB of free hard-disk space is needed for the program
installation and the preview pictures
internet connection 56k Modem / ISDN (suggested DSL or flatrate)
