Linux AMD64

I'm looking for a 64 bit driver to use in linux (gentoo or SuSe) with my
Ati Radeon 9800 pro XT. I know that Ati doesn't have anything yet, but I'm
not having luck finding any 3rd party drivers either.

This is the make up of the box:

Asus sk8v motherboard , onboard gigabit ethernet
AMD Athlon FX 53
1 GB OCZ PC3200 Ram
Sound Blaster Audigy 2 zs
SATA RAID (0) for Windows XP
60GB ATA 133 Hard drive for Linux
Plextor PX-708A DVD +-R/RW
Pioneer DVD-ROM
5.1 speakers
Dual Displays


I've always used linux or FreeBSD on older machines, but am installing on
this new beast. any helpful suggestions are welcome.
