Microsoft updates

When tring to install Microsoft windows update's, we
receive the following message, it says unable to update,
Setup couldn't verify the intergrity of the file
update.inf. Make sure the cryptographic service is running
on this comp. How do we fix or what other suggestion's do
you recommind.
