Default SMTP port forwarding


I'm using CDONTS.Newmail on a web server behind a DMZ.
I am trying to figure out why it is not working.
The machine has private IP and port forwarding is set up for 80 port.

Do I need port forwarding on 25 port? I need the SMTP for CDONTS.Newmail only.
