powerline networking

I would like to establish a network between my Dell 8200 running XP Home
with an Ethernet card and a Dell Dimension xps r 450 running MS Millenium
and no Ethernet card.

I would like to use the Siemens Speed stream equipment.

How do I utilize the 8200 ethernet with the Seimens stuff?
