Do you have any more info?
The Voltage input and output and the current required. Size, type and
polarity of power plug.

There are several places that sell power adapters.

Address and phone number for Plustek.
Plustek Technical support:
http://www.plustek.com/support/support.htm

Software and Manual download:

Well, did you try the Phone numbers? Try to talk to a person.

If you know the voltage and current required, then electronic stores have
power adapters than will work.

The Plustek scanners used six different power adapters: 240 volt input for
UK and 120 volt input for USA.
Output was:
24 volts, 550 ma or
15 volts, 1 A or
18 volts, 800 ma.

Somewhere on that scanner should be a label that tells the power required.
If the old power adapter is bad, then it should have a label that tells the
output voltage and current.
