Updated Photoshop actions for dust & scratches removal from VueScanIR channel

Since VueScan's IR cleaning still doesn't work very well for me, I
incorporated some new ideas into my Photoshop actions that use VueScan's
IR channel for selective cleaning of images. Version 0.2 of these
actions can now be downloaded from
http://www.vandervegte.com/Actions.html. Potentially, they can be used
with any scanner that is supported by VueScan and which has Digital ICE
or FARE/QARE, although smoe individual tweaking might be needed
depending on your scanner. I think the actions are especially useful for
those using a Minolta DSE 5400 who want to apply cleaning without the
Grain Dissolver enabled.

My problem with VueScan before version 8.0.17 was that it wrongly
interpreted the IR channel generated by my DSE5400, treating certain
clean areas as dust - although those areas that were correctly
recognized as defects were adequately cleaned.
In current versions, VueScan seems to recognize the defects very well
but it hardly cleans them.

My actions work quite well with dust and minor scratches - I doubt they
will beat genuine Digital ICE.
