Default Omnipage Pro 14 and Microtek Scanmaker 5950

Hi Folks,

Anyone know if Scansoft's Omnipage Pro 14 will work with Microtek Scanmaker
5950.

Scansoft does not have this Microtek model on it's supported list (Scanmaker
8700 is).

Thanks for any help.....

Should not be any issue. OmniPage Pro should work with any twain scanner,
that's the entire idea of the twain standard.

The OmniPage Pro list just says "The Hardware Compatibility List is a listing
of third party hardware devices that ScanSoft has evaluated in its
compatibility labs". One Microtek, one Epson, one Umax... Apparently not
many models furnished for testing, but it will work with any of them.
