I need to buy a scanner to meet these needs:
1. Can accept either USB 1.1 OR 2.0 2. In a price range from $75 to $99 3. The best combination of speed to scan business papers and receipts into a database AND quality scanning for photos. Probably 2400 X 2400 DPI optical. 4. Ability to scan transparent negatives and positives. 5. I have Paperport Deliuxe 9 to organize the scans into a database. I also have Photoshop to do retouching and fixes to photos. Therefore it is not necessary to have similar software bundled with the scanner. 6. I don't know if this is an option, but it would be good if I could reduce the resolution to gain speed when I am scanning business papers, and raise the resolution when scanning photos. Can you suggest a scanner that would appear to meet my needs? |

Any current model scanner selling a t $99.00 will do. Honest. There's
nothing to it. |
