CanoScan N670U

Hi Guys.
Somehow, a small black spec about 1 mm in size has appeared underneath the
glass on my canon scanner
As I am poor i can't afford to send it to canon to be fixed.
How do i take the glass out or take the scanner apart to clean the glass ???
