VueScan Zoom In Zoom Out Ratios 1:1

Does VueScan have a 1:1 viewing command? eg. similar to PhotoShop's view at
100 per cent? I can't seem to find where it tells me the magnification
factor I'm looking at. I'm trying to assess the affects of sharpening and
grain reduction but I'm not sure where I should put my zoom level at.
Currently going "three" clicks in on a 3000X4500 pixel scan of a 35mm frame.
