VueScan 8.0 on Mac OS X 10.2 now working

I re-released VueScan 8.0 for Mac OS X. It now works
properly with Mac OS X 10.2.8 (and probably earlier
versions of Mac OS X). It still works the same on
Mac OS X 10.3.

The problem was that I had built wxWindows 2.5.1
without telling it to not use features from Mac OS X 10.3.
