I just released VueScan 8.0 for Mac OS X, Windows and Linux. You can

Haven't touched it for a lengthy time but it is easy: Underneath of Mac OS X is a Unix system which can be used like any other unix system: Open a terminal window - that is the thing where you can enter commands. Then type "vuescan" or whatever it is called (perhaps full path necessary) and watch the output. |
