Urgent - which is best please ? HP CP1700 or 1220C ?

The priorities are decent print, speed and low running cost, though the
ability to do a reasonable job of printing images from Photoshop to A3
would be much appreciated. Obviously we know that it's not a 'photo
printer'.

Am I right to assume that refill kits are available for both at a decent
price in the UK ? I couldn't find one for the 1700 when I had a poke
about earlier, so any contacts for that appreciated !

Based on experiences with the CP1700, 1220C, 1120C, I recommend the
CP1700. The 1120C is terrible, the 1220C is marginally better but still
slow, and likes to spray ink all over inside and on the tabletop. The
CP1700 is noticeably quicker.
