Default HP Deskjet 870c Won't Print Yellow


???? New cartridge just installed. Any ideas?

This can happen if the cartridges are very old. You can check the "install by"
date on the package when buying cartridges. Check the cartridge to see if it
is still under warranty at:

it to your dealer or call HP for a replacement.

You could also try a prime cycle - run three levels of cleaning from the
toolbox or do the following: turn on the printer, then press the power button,
hold it in and press the formfeed button 9 times rapidly, then release the
power button. This will perform a prime which may recover the cartridge.
