Samsung Laser multifunction printer model SCX 4116 cartridge output??

Can anyone share their experience on cartridge output for this printer? Say
for instance, how many pages of black text should one get using the economy
ink setting - does it come near the 3000 suggested?

Also any comments are welcome.
