I think my simplified question is can I use *168-PIN (16x72) chip although a recommeded one is 16Meg x 64 ? I'm looking for a 128 upgrade for: Description: Deskpro 4000 DT 5200X Part# 270640-004 | DP4D5200X/2400 US ************** The Crucial (Part Number: CT231747 128MB) spec for suggested module looks like this: Upgrade for the Compaq Deskpro 4000 5233MMX. Crucial Part Number: CT134656 128MB SDRAM, 66MHz • CL=2 • Unbuffered • Non-parity • 10ns • 3.3V • 16Meg x 64 One I'd like to buy "used" looks like this: ed 128MB PC133 Non-ECC SDRAM MEMORY (Japaness Hitachi Chipset#:HM5264805FTT-75). Specifications: *168-PIN (16x72) *PC133/PC100 *128MB *CL2 *7.5ns (Not those cheap 8ns) *3.3v *Gold Contacts Can I use this in my machine? |
