Timeline for nforce3 250?

Anybody seen any expected release dates for nForce3 250 based
motherboards? I'm about ready to go with an A64 solution, but I'd like
to wait until the nf3 250, and possibly the socket 939, based boards
come out. In particular the boards by the "big" boys, e.g., Asus,
Abit, Gigabyte.

My googles haven't turned up much other than a mention of a couple of
the early adopters showing off nF3-250 pre-release boards at the
recent CES.
