The application you're using is most probably DOS based.

If you're a techi, you might have a look at DOS-Emulators, like dosemu
(http://www.doseumo.org). According to the documentation at
http://dosemu.sourceforge.net/docs/...fig.html#AEN744
it is possible to configure it emulating a CGI card. I'm not very
familiar with the dosemu, but when I played around a bit a few years
ago, it did a good job.
