Which USB 2.0 External TV Tuner?

Can anybody vouch for either one of the external USB 2.0 TV tuners
below? Prices are similar. Reviews are more or less good for all too!
What are the differences?

1. AVerTV USB 2.0 or AVerTV USB 2.0 Plus - appear to be the same unit
as the UltraTV USB 300. See
