GeForce4 MX or 1st gen ATI AIW

I am buying a new motherboard that has the built in GeForce4 MX but I also
have a 1st release ATI all in wonder 32 meg video card, which would be the
better to use? It is for my son and he has a TV so the All in wonder is only
used as a video card, not for TV.......Any suggestions? He wants to play
games mostly....if that helps....
