Default cannot burn DVD's
I've tried many software options (DVD shrink + decoder, Nero, Slysoft), DVD-R's + & - (TDK), I updated my firmware but everytime I click "burn" it tells me to "insert blank dvd+r", I dont want to go buy more blanks when these 2 types work on other computers, any clues?

Do any other types of DVD work in your drive, or could the drive itself be at fault?

what make and model is the drive ?
