Horrible retailer.
I ordered a digital camera and it only arrived 2 months later. I wrote about 20 emails and asked for a telephone number to speak to a manager. I have not achieved to speak to anyone as they do not give out telephone numbers and the email replies they give are ridiculous. It's the worst on-line supplier I can imagine.
On top, I had to pay £35 customs charge, because they are based in Guernsey and VAT has to be paid.
And the kettle lead was not UK compatible.
So it could not have been worse.

I have used this retailer for a couple of years and have found them to be excellent. Any problems have been quickly dealt with.
