Hi folks,
I've noticed often when I start a presentation from scratch I get a very useful pane appear on the left-hand side that shows a columnised view of all the slides in the presentation. I can't for the life of me find how to enable this in some presentations where this doesn't appear. Can anyone help with this silly question? Thanks :-) |

Click the "View" menu and select "Normal (Restore Panes)". When all panes
are visible, the item just says "Normal". -- Bill Foley, Microsoft MVP (PowerPoint) Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor - XP www.pttinc.com Check out PPT FAQs at: http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/ Check out Word FAQs at: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/index.htm "StainlessSteelRat" <usenet@stainlesssteelrat.net> wrote in message news:eqqaT90cFHA.464@TK2MSFTNGP15.phx.gbl... > Hi folks, > > I've noticed often when I start a presentation from scratch I get a very > useful pane appear on the left-hand side that shows a columnised view of all > the slides in the presentation. > > I can't for the life of me find how to enable this in some presentations > where this doesn't appear. > > Can anyone help with this silly question? > > Thanks :-) > > |
