Default making a CD problem

when I instruct MM to make a CD, it starts the process and gets to 58%
completion then it sits there idle for hours doing nothing and not completing
the process. I have turned the program off and on again, restarted the make
movie process at least 4 times with the same results! (I am making a video
from still pictures)

Does anyone know what the solution is? thanks

Have you tried to save your movie to the hard drive to see if that works?
If you get the same results then I would suspect either the project is too
complex and needs to be done in two parts or you have a corrupt or
unsupported filetype in the project somewhere.
Post back more info for more detailed help such as:
Did it work to save the movie to HDD?
What are the filetypes used?
Are you working with a lot of transitions and/or effects?

You missed one of the questions I asked the original poster.
What filetypes are you using?
It apparently isn't a matter of being too complex since you split the movie
up and it still didn't work.
