BCM Reinstall problem

I just uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2003. When I install BCM, it
looks like it works but nothing is available. The new help menu items are
not even there anymore.

Can anyone help me fix this problem? Everything else in Office seems to be
working including Outlook. Just no BCM.
