Outlook CRASHES when Linking email to an Account

Oh Why, oh why, oh WHY do I put up with this?!?!

Everytime I try to link an email to an Account in BCM, Outlook crashes! What
is the deal!?!?! I mean, was this part of the design? Is there any patch or
something that I'm missing? Any help?

I've been getting crashes whenever I try to manually link an email to
another contact or an Opportunity.

Well, I just don't do it. I don't need to do it that often, so I haven't
taken the time to snoop around online and see if there is a solution. Maybe
there is... Does anyone else reading this *not* have this problem?
