BCM and Reports

Hello BCM'ers,

Just would like to know if there is a way for me to customize the "canned"
BCM reports? I know that I can modify them after I run them, but this
doesnt allow me to add any other information.

Simply said, I would like my "Opportunity Funnel" report to allow me to add
the Company name to the column headings. - Right now as-is, I am limited to
these headings: Title, Account/Contact, Referred By, Type, Close Date,
Probability, and Total.

or, Is there a way to create my own customized reports - so that I can add
only the fields that I want?

Yes, there is! Actually, I'm working on instructions for a post on my blog
that should go up tonight. Basically though, in case I don't get it up
tonight, you need Crystal Reports to be able to do this. If you have Crystal
(and a little knowledge about how to use it), you can modify the existing
reports extensively and create new reports. You can even create custom
reports that use custom fields.
