can't get rid of attach as Adobe pdf toolbar

After installing Adobe Acrobat Pro 6.0, every time I compose, reply or
forward an email, there's an "Attach as Adobe pdf" toolbar.
I have tried right clicking the blank toolbar area and deselecting it. It
works, but every time I close and open OL 2003 again, there it is.
I have tried to get rid of it in every way I can think of, but this thing is
damn persistent.

Can someone help me?

You'll probably need to remove the PDFMaker add-in. See
