RE: PFBackup

I have Outlook 2000 with PFBackup installed. Everytime I wante to back up it
is unsuccessful. It comes uyp with the follwoinf error message.

"Cannot copy outlook. The process cannot access the file becuase another
process has locked a portion of the file".

I have gone to the Microsoft Help and Support. It says to ensure you do not
have Outlook Opened. However I close it when I want to backup.
